Are You New To Our Practice?
We welcome all new patients and promise you the same unwavering quality we have been providing patients in the Long Island area for many years.

As a new patient, we will ask you to fill out a medical history. Generally, your first appointment with us (except in emergency cases) will include a full clinical exam and periodontal charting, and a head & neck cancer examination, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) examination, microbial assessment of your periodontal (gums) health and diagnostic x-rays. In case of emergency, please contact our office. We will make sure that you will be seen on the same day you contact us, often within the hour.

Maximizing Your Insurance Benefits
While nearly all insurance may be applied to partial payments, we are a fee for service office and patients pay us directly, at the time of service. If you have dental insurance we will be happy to give you a superbill that can be sent to your insurance company for a reimbursement to you. At this time we are a participating dental office in Delta Dental Premier. Our goal is to provide you with excellent service with the least amount of hassle for you.
